Lost most plugins after auto-updating plugins today

As the subject tells you, I lost most of my plugins after updating this mormning. Re-updating says 555 new updates, but none of them is actually downloaded. FRD seems to see them as non-existing .... what is happening?

Which version of FRD do you have? 0.9u3 is the latest.

freerapid 0.9u3

I lost the most of plugins. I can download them, but they are not available in freerapid anyway

Can you attach app.log after restarting FRD and checking for plugin updates? (Help > Browse to log file)

I am running freerapid 0.9u3 also.

I will make some changes into plugin init method.Broken plugin should not cause this.
