Plugin created. It only supports URL pattern from your sample #2 : [www.mreporter.ru]

There is option to choose video quality

Okay, pattern #1 supported in plugin v1.0.1. It's the last part of the pattern to be exact: [www.mreporter.ru]. So if you copy pattern #1 to clipboard, FRD will auto-recognize the last part of the pattern.
