I see there is maximal quaility in FRD plugin 720p,but in this video is maximal quality 1080p.

Plugin fixed, also show playlist and 1080p videos supported in plugin v2.2.2.

There is missing Lowest quality and Highest quality.
Can be this implement with Highest quality default option ?

Implemented in plugin v2.2.3.
