Make sure you have downloaded recaptcha plugin (Help->Check for new plugins).

If the problem persists, please attach app.log (Help->Browse to log file).

Unfortunately at this moment recaptcha plugin can't evade recaptcha bot detection for nitroflare.com, so you'll likely get unreadable captcha.

When I try your sample link in Mozilla Firefox browser,
after clicking the red button marked as "Slow Download",
closing the superimposed window (Purchase a premium...)
and finally clicking the small "Free Download" silver-white button,
this is what I get:

This file is available with Premium only. Reason: the file's owner disabled free downloads.

It is therefore expected that FRD can't fetch this specific link...

If you are in fact using nitroflare.com_premium v1.0.6,
then you'll have to PM tong2shot login credentials...

It ask for captcha (in black and white with circles) but the captcha is extremely hard to understand, unreadable even after multiple refresh!

Any fix to see it properly?

Ask nitroflare.com admins for more readable captcha. FRD is not responsible for CAPTCHA requirement.

Actually, Google detects FRD as a bot as tong2shot said, and sends an unreadable captcha, so I guess it is a problem with FRD. This has been a problem for a while now.

Maybe problem with User-Agent value.

No. The problem is that Google's whole business model is based on detecting legitimate ad views. Now they're applying the same algorithm to ReCaptcha. It's not worth even considering trying to trick it.
