PBS Plugin - Error: Cannot download from service

PBS Plugin - Error: Cannot download from service November 19, 2015 08:12PM |

For the last day I have been trying to download this link
[video.pbs.org]
and instantly getting the "Cannot download from service" error.
Is there something I can do?
I have version 1.04 of the PBS plugin and don't see any configuration options other than subtitles.

I also have the same issue - they changed their system a small bit. They no longer have videoPlayerInfo links, and the information from the links are now stored as
[player.pbs.org]
rather than
[video.pbs.org]
That is the majority of the changes as far as I can tell.

When I try to see that page on the site, it generates a 404. I just found a broken link... the plugin still works.
Thanks again.
PBS has changed the visual design of their site and seems to have changed something oin the background again. I get "ERROR - Cannot Connect" immediately.

With the new design, PBS videos are on a page with www -- like [www.pbs.org] -- which the plugin doesn't recognize.
Manually changing the URL to video -- [video.pbs.org] -- works at this point, so there is an easy workaround.

I am getting an instant "ERROR - Cannot Download From Service" error again when trying to download new content, like
[www.pbs.org]
I can play the video in Firefox.

Ditto - the website has changed the way they package the info.
The link for any video can be changed to
www.pbs.org
using the same link as above.
Hiding within is
PBS.videoData = {
IMPORTANT REDIRECT STUFF IN HERE
};
Also, if you replace 800k with 1600k and/or 2500k you can get higher resolutions.
