Youtube streaming changes?

It appears that Youtube streaming changes.

1. There is an error "DASH audio stream with itag = 140 not found"

2. Another example: MP4 (480p) should be avaible, but only webm (360p) is downloaded

Can confirm that couple days ago it stopped downloading 1080 (my preferred resolution) and only 720 is being downloaded.

Example: [www.youtube.com] (source is 4k; even with best possible quality set in plugin options I'm getting only 720)
