filefactory.com preview

hi, here s the trouble with filefactory previews.

User is able to add file as well as its preview but just file can be downloaded successfully. Preview reports error.
like this:

Pictures are not supported, just files.

yes, that's the problem. i am able to add preview image into my download queue.
