Can't reproduce; your sample link works fine here, see attachment 
OS: Windows Vista SP2 32bit, fully updated, plus WS2008 MS updates
JRE 8u141 x86 (latest, released on July 18th 2017)
FRD 0.9u4
dailymotion.frp v1.4.4; options: Highest quality, download subtitle.
Your very short app.log (Status code je 500) doesn't give us much to troubleshoot...
Are you able to download via browser?
Update to latest JRE, if not already;
reboot system and try again!
If still no go, next time you come back here please provide more details (OS, Java version installed, Anti Virus suite used, Firewall etc); if you're in China (can't tell where those Asian characters are from...), maybe a case of GFW blocking dailymotion?
