frd stop on splash screen

Hi.
that problem again raise.
Using attached above file don't help.
Reinstall java, and set permission - same rresualt.
Then start procmon with filter frd.exe.
In logs I have see frd try to connect "7f00:1:100:0:d8d0:5a05:80fa:ffff:5719 -> nick-net:3129", ie frd try to connect to prroxy use ipv6, but proxy dont use ipv6.
After change proxy to no prroxy, frd have started.
I think to solve that problem need to disable (java|frd) using ipv6.
Who know how to do it?

Yes, and the solution is quite the same. Here, I post the complete solution:
- edit frd.bat.
- replace the command line from "start javaw.exe -Xmx192m -jar frd.jar" with "start javaw.exe -Xmx192m -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -jar frd.jar" without quotes.
- run FRD by executing frd.bat.
