"Attempt to open a database file 'C:\Users\UBENZ\AppData\Roaming\VitySoft\FRD\frd.odb' that is currently in use by another proces"

It seems there is already problematic instance of FRD running or something (ESET) is blocking to access this file.
Try to restart OS.

And what's in the app.log file now? Does the file C:\Users\UBENZ\AppData\Roaming\VitySoft\FRD\frd.odb exist?
Also try to move file frd.odb$ from the folder if there is any.

Also try to run FRD using frd.bat (from FRD's folder, where frd.exe is located)

frd.bat:
@echo off
REM Try this batch file if you encounter problems launching FRD with frd.exe
REM (usually some security application is blocking it for unknown reasons).
start javaw.exe -Xmx192m -jar frd.jar
frd.bat execution results
