FRD Freeze on Startup

It all started when I put a link to more than 7000 image
only I do not want to lose the old links that I had not downloaded
how do I fix it? without losing the other links I've ever had before?
if I delete the .odb et .odb the $ frd back to work but I lose the list of downloads ...

anyone have another solution? already I tried to install the new version of java
download frd again

FOUND A WAY TO FIX THIS

DELETE ALL FILES FROM PLUGINS
ONLY LET THE VERSION.DAT ON PLUGINS

THIS WILL WORK
AND AFTER THIS U SHOULD OPEN THE FRD AND DELETE THE DOWNLOAD CORRUPED
AFTER DOING THAT U CAN SEARCH FOR PLUGIN UPDATES
IT ILL DOWNLOAD AGAIN

Just delete the odb$ file. It wont harm your download list.

deleting frd.odb$ in my case wont worked. and if i delete frd.odb it delete the list of my downloads.

a way to fix that i found is deleting all plugin, só the FRD opened but wont try to download anything
and i mannualy deleted the 35000 links of download that was making FRD freeze

All working fine now.

@Vity: maybe we can implement some sort of feature to prevent bad plugins loading at startup, which is controlled by FRD plugin update server?

@tong2shot: if you delete some newer version of plugin, it should be downgraded automatically, but I guess that most of the problems comes with not properly closed database.

By automatically, does it means that FRD downloads the previous version before loading the plugins or after? Or treat it just regular plugin update?

Bad plugin is a very rare case, but when it happens, we have no easy way to solve the problem. FRD is already in non functional state when it happens. The usual way is to tell the users to delete the plugin and update/redownload the new plugin.

If we implement plugin version blacklisting feature, which is checked before plugins loading, FRD is still functional. All we have to do is to tell users to download the new plugin.
