Bug report - Global speed limit

Hi there! I don't know, if authors know about this bug, but I'll write about it here.

I clicked to "Options" button in the top menu and I activated the function "Global speed limit".
After that I wanted to deactivate it, so I clicked to button in bottom information panel, but when I opened
the "Options" button again, I saw it was checked (active).

I don't thing it is right.

PS: I'm sorry for my English, if something is wrong.

It was fixed in our source code repository, so it will be fixed in the next release.
