You had to make some mistake in the procedure I described.
I am not sure if you understood the steps properly.
cd FreeRapid_directory - means change directory to directory where is FRD located.

Is the rapidshare plugin present?
if not, send me the app.log created after launching of frd.exe with --debug parameter.
