Resume download function

Hi!

Good program & good way of it's development.

I've met a situation when internet connection was very unstable - it brokes every 30-40 minutes. So downloading of 100 Mb files became a real pain. FreeRapid did all well before disconnection, but after reconnect it goes the whole process of getting link & downloading from the very beginning.

That's why I was forced to leave FreeRapid & use download manager with "download resume" function. I used browser to get download link, then entered it into download manager. After reconnect occured I've just selected "resume" to continue getting file from the last position. Sometimes it failed cause in new session I had new IP, but it was solved easily by getting new link and replacing old one with new.

So I ask you to think about it - may be resuming file download from the place of disconnect will be a useful feature not for me only.

Good luck.
