I have two que lists for two different servers. One server requires CAPTCHA so from time to time it pops up a dialog. Problem is that once the dialog pops up the program waits for user response and doesn't start new downloads. Even the server that doesn't require CAPTCHA doesn't continue to download new files. Each server has its own system and CAPTCHA scripts. Some don't even have human recognition mechanism.
