Anything you found outside this site can be infected by a virus, I found many files like this (and don't think that the ESET antivirus will secure/guard you, it will found nothing).

ok i did it
i extracted all the 56 FRD files to the folder with
the frd.exe file and the app.log file.
is it ok..?

and what now?
should i just open it usually?

The only possible problem why it cannot find the plugins in the plugins directory is the path, where you extracted freerapid.zip.
You have to extract it into the directory without any special characters on the path.

ok i understood what is the problem:

it creates a folder which called 'FreeRapid-0.81'
inside there is the plugin's folder and there are
all the plugin's that the prog. uses..
it creates that folder there everytime
when im opening the prog.

is there any option to upload those important plugin's
to the prog. manually?

1. i have no TEMP folder but i have a folder that called 'TempEI4' Is it good enough..?

I still don't see a reason of your problem.

Is rapidshare.frp in the C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/user/ůĺěçď%20äňáĺăä/FreeRapid-0.81/plugins/ present/exist?

If not - copy it from the plugins.zip I sent before and repeat the procedure with app.log.

If yes - copy whole freerapid's directory into c:\temp and repeat the procedure with app.log

You had to make some mistake in the procedure I described.
I am not sure if you understood the steps properly.
cd FreeRapid_directory - means change directory to directory where is FRD located.
