hulu plus plgin only downlandin file 0 bytes

hi
I just bought a hulu account I have been using hulu free
I put the password and user name into my hulu plugin and it worked for 2 files
but now it gives error and stops or it downloads real quick and is a zero byte file

my frd version is .86u1
hulu plugin is 1.23
I will attach the app log

Is it only a specific video, or all videos? And the same videos work fine without account?

Could you post example links?

ok it looks like the problem was with hulu themselves. as the same links that did not work last night are now working.
I was downloading diffrent links with the free account as the plus links wont work unless you buy a account and sign in
which is what I done last night . but as I said it appears like it was a problem with them.

ok I might have spoke too soonIt worked for a while and then started back too the 0 byt files
once it starts this any link will result in the file download being 100%
cone but be a 0 byte file

however it will work later. not sure what is going on but once it starts this it will quicklly download all the files listed in the frd que. but they will all be 0 byte.

this may be do to hulu not sure but I keep having to go back and reenter all the links after they go nuts and download quick as 0 byte

This happens because Hulu sends invalid data to FRD.

That link works for me, but I'll try again later if the problem is intermittent.

I have my user name and password entered into the options on the hulu plugin

I still can't reproduce any problems, everything works fine for me.

Maybe it's just with a Hulu Plus account? In that case you'll have to PM me the login details so I can test and fix the plugin.

OK, everything still works fine for me with your account.

I need to see a debug log. First, make sure you only have one running download (otherwise the log will be too verbose). Then, close FRD, and open the startup.properties file in Notepad. Find the line that says "#--debug" and remove the '#' character. Save the file and start FRD. Then reproduce the problem, and upload app.log here as usual.

You can disable debug mode by adding '#' to the line again.

ok I just tried it and it seems to be working now
if it acts up again I will follow your instructions and send the debug info.

ok it worked for about 3 files and then not working again
I started in debug mode

this seems to be a intermitmint problem
could it be the version of java I am running as I recently updated it.

The server responds with "Your Hulu Plus subscription allows you to watch one video at a time. To continue watching here, please close any Hulu Plus videos you may be watching on other devices."

I can add support for this error message in the plugin. You can go to plugin options and reduce the number of simultaneous downloads to 1.
