filemates.com premium is not working

ERROR: file name not found

note:
FRD downloads the file. but the file is not stored on disk. progress is at 0%. when there is no traffic, FRD shows the error.

FileMates plugin 1.0.2 fixed for free-user downloads,
and ~87% sure fixed for premium downloads (unable to test premium)

btw not possible to switch from a "premium" account on "free". the "login" can not be blank.

to go back to "free" delete the file "plugin_FileMates.xml" from the FRD folder

depending on windows version, FRD folder is either
c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\VitySoft\FRD
c:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\VitySoft\FRD
