HELP!!!! READ TIMED OUT

HI guys, been using VITY for ages, for past weeks keep getting message 'Read timed out connect', on anything i try to download!!!! im real dumb at this sort of thing please help!

That error is probably caused by a firewall or antivirus.

just did that but still nothing.....



should i disable inti-virus and firewall and try again?
