Solvemedia captcha plugin

I just committed solvemedia captcha plugin code along with rapidgator and safelinking as test cases. I haven't released the plugins yet.

Feel free to improve/modify the code.

Plugins that use solvemedia captcha (as far as I know) :
- rapidgator
- safelinking
- fileparadox
- sharpfile

While we at it, maybe we can add it to mediafire plugin as reported in : [wordrider.net]

Excellent work, can't say I'd change a thing.

We can put the SolveMediaCaptchaType in the main XFS plugin if multiple sites use it.

Sharpfile plugin can be removed - site no longer exists

fileparadox is the only XFS plugin (I know of) that uses solvemedia captcha
updated fileparadox's SolveMediaCaptchaType to use the SolveMediaCaptcha plugin

Ok, I put SolveMediaCaptchaType from fileparadox to the main XFS plugin.

I also just released solvemediacaptcha plugin along with XFS, rapidgator, safelinking, fileparadox, divxden, vidbux plugins that use the captcha.
