plugin for simply-debrid.com

simply-debrid enables downloading as a premium user from a wide range of file hosting sites.

* to use this plugin for any of the supported sites, free or premium,
- ensure your installed plugin is v1.0.0 or higher (see below)
- for premium services you must be registered on simply-debrid and have your username and password
- disable the FRD plugin for that site(s) and enable this plugin (Options > Preferences > Plugins)
- disable this plugin when not using to prevent unintentional conflicts with plugins of supported sites

* the simply-debrid plugin currently supports the following sites (as found listed on simply-debrid.com)
Free:
2shared, Crocko, Datafilehost, Fileflyer, Free, Gulfup, Scribd, Sendspace, Sockshare, Speedyshare, Uploading, Uptobox
Premium Only: Free ++

* due to potential conflicts with other plugins - a dead version of the plugin ver 0.9.x was
released normally to indicate that the site is supported and to provide reference to this page

* plugin v1.0.2 is attached for those who want to use simply-debrid in FRD
- save to FRD's plugin folder (FRD config files\plugins) and restart FRD
- disable the simply-debrid plugin's option 'Make updates of this plugin'

Updated to get captcha upon initial login (like website)
- plugin remembers login cookies so captcha is not required for every download.
- captcha entry only required again if FRD restarted, account details change, session time out, or error starting download
