Vimeo having problems

It's been a couple of days now.

* your FRD version: 0.9u3
* your plugin version: 1.2.1
* describe problematic behavior: Vimeo does not allow downloading anymore with an error: "Error getting qualities token"
* provide download link you have problem with: [vimeo.com]
* we would appreciate if you attached the app.log file (Help > Browse to log file)
