Fileparadox plugin Error: Captcha media type not found

For the last week or so, I've been getting the message Captcha media type not found while attempting to use Fileparadox plugin. It has worked very well for the last 3+ months.

Here is a sample link which produces this error on all connections and proxies I tried. I'm using the 1.0.3 plugin version:

Can anyone else reproduce this or perhaps guide me to a fix?

I can't reproduce the case, I can download the file just fine. Please attach app.log (Help -> Browse to log file).

Hi, This problem still persists. Attached is a sample log file. Fileparadox plugin returns "captcha media type not found" and download does not proceed. I diagnosed the problem further and can verify that this error *does not* occur when downloading on the "Default" IP. The error only occurs when using a proxy server. Three weeks ago, all my proxy servers worked very well with FRD 0.9 and the Fileparadox 1.0.3 plugin, and I could download from multiple proxy servers simultaneously. Now, I can't download from any proxy servers at all! Thanks for any help.
