HULU useable again?

A Massive release just is working it's way thru the net, X-Files 2-9 (720p)that CLAIM to be a direct rip from HULU

"This WEBRip is sourced from Hulu and is not transcoded, just remuxed from the direct Hulu stream."

Huh?

Unfortunately, the current plugin for hulu won't get the video done.
but amazingly ,it still works well on the subtitles from hulu except the 20/20 from ABC.
It is so strange that it should not get the subtitles as other shows do.
