Plugin downloads HD quality, i can not select lower (CeskaTelevize.cz)

Plugin CeskaTelevize.cz downloads HD quality (.ts file), i can not select lower quality. There is no simple way to make the plugin download lower quality stream/video please? Thank you for making this plugin, it is very useful.

Options >> Preferences > Plugins tab -- select 'CeskaTelevize.cz' plugin & press the Options button
