Spankbank needs new quality option

I get an "Error starting download" when trying to download on anything but 240p, including "highest quality".
Seems to have something to do with Spankbang introducing 320p as the new default instead of 480p, with 240 available, but unless I choose 240p in the plugin options, all I get is "Error starting download".
The plugin cannot find "highest available" due to it being 320p and it not being set up to handle that.
