facebook - Quality settings not working

Hello,
want to DL some facebook videos, set on highest qulity ( and try 1080p or 720p) in plugin settings, but downloaded always 133p
pls is there a solution to download videos like before.

i have the latest version of FRD 0.9u4 & JAVA
I have tried the beta version of FRD, but i still have the same problem.
Any suggestion
