EVERY TIME I TRY TO UPDATES PULGIN
I GET THIS MESSAGE
Error connection reset

i use vpn software and pulgins are updated

There is something wrong with your connection settings. Proxy probably.

internet connection is good and i did not change proxy setting of application
if i want to change proxy what is data
