How to update a plug-in on SVN?

Hello.

I proudly updated the Megaupload plug-in for including Megaporn support.

I've used IntelliJ-IDEA.

How I update the plug-in in the SVN? Or where I should send changed files (Megauploadrunner and plugin.xml)?

I've attached a testing log.
