Yes it is... I tried to download a file once and the same error happened... Does this error is related to the Operational System of the machine? Does the hardware make some type of difference in the process?

The image of the error is attached at the message...

The app.log is attached to the massage...

Maybe OS (user) language is the problem, or IP.
I cannot say more without app.log file.
