rapidshare links to IP address does not work?!please help.

hi there.
i am having problem with rapidshare..rapidshare plugin convert rapidshare links to ip is that right?if it is yes why my download speed is very low?max 1kb/s...look like my isp still shapes my speed.because plugin does not work properly?if i convert my rapidshare link to ip manually than my speed is normal.please give me a advice.thanks in advance

i do trust you mate.but why i cant get maximum download speed than?download is very slow just 1kb/s??but when i convert my rapidshare link with [rs2ip.anonymailz.com] than everything is perfect i can get maximum download speed.something is weird!dont you think so?
