What plugins people want

How about a plug in for PBS

For example, any videos at [www.pbs.org]

Here is a specific link:

PBS seems to hide the videos in a way similar to hulu. There is a quick advert and then the presentation in a pop over.

I've jacked the videos with Jaksta and the PC counterpart (name escapes me at the moment) at PBS - Hulu is impervious to Jaksta (which is why I am now a BIG fan of FreeRapid)

I released a plugin for PBS. At present it only supports video.pbs.org links though. Adding support for other types such as those NOVA links is a bit tricky as there seem to be many different variations, and the grabbing the ID must be handled separately for each variation. I'll try to add support for other types later this weekend.

That's very nice, all of the videos have a page like you mentioned (video.pbs.org...), the trick is to figure it out - but that isn't impossible to do. I'll have some fun right now downloading files I can find.

Here's is a low tech way I'm finding the video.pbs.org page. Once I navigate thru the nova webpage and find an episode, I click on the "Watch Video" link in the top middle of the page. Then I type in the title of the episode (in the search box). It is usually 1st or 2nd on the list (sometimes there is a preview, then the episode).

What you have done is a monumental achievement for educators that use PBS

This site also has other TV shows. I checked Emergency!, and Hulu didn't have Season 1 Episode 1, but ovguide did. Any help would be awesome.

Edit: I will withdraw the request - the link to the episode doesn't give the actual video, so it is just as limited as the hulu offereings.
