Fileserve plugin issue

I just tried to download fileserve links but it does not work.

I updated the program and went to the help section to check for new plug in's but it fails saying everything is up to date.
I m using it on a mac what is the issue?

The question says "HotFile.com" but you can substitute that with "FileServe.com" if it makes you feel better.
