Is it possible to download embedded Flash video?

FRD does a wonderful job of downloading iplayer video. It's the best I've found.

Now the BBC have an Archive site - for example - [www.bbc.co.uk]. I tried many Firefox plugins and none of them would download the stream. I thought FRD might do it but it doesn't. Any chance of a plugin?

Downloaded perfectly - I haven't tested on the TV yet. If there are playback problems I'll post.
