Ok, the name is FreeRapid Downloader, it's made to download files, just something to think... implement the upload module with upload plugins... Maybe FreeRapid Uploader...
Can be a nice side project, but I doubt how many users actually upload.
Anyways have you tried z_o_o_m´s File & Image Uploader ? Pretty nifty app for the same.
