External language Files

the idea is actually quite simple to explain if it's simple to do or not i have no clue
but the concept is to do an external language txt files
for example eng.txt
###Line Number #### Translation
001 File
002 Downloads
003 Options

(and make the software use those files as a localization files) it's work's that way much more easier
espically for translators, for example i wanted to translate the software to HEBREW, i've peeked in the guide
and it seem's to much hard for my understanding to do all these proccess just to translate the software
and another problem iv'e had that related to the hebrew language is simply the luck of support in the hebrew
letters it's seems that the software dont even have an hebrew supported font and therefore can't show or use
hebrew letters, and for me as hebrew user it's quite annoying...

i'll hope that you at least consider my suggestions drinking smiley
