Automatic update -> automatic restart

FreeRadpid is great software. Only one disturbing thing is non automatic restart after automatic update of plugins. I can update plugins automatically but I have to do restart myself. You can add simple feature "if there are no downloads active pls restart after plugin update automatically". The same option will be great with program update.
Is it possible to add this feature?

Another cool feature might be silent plug-in update switch in settings => it should behave like this: after start do not show anything, just download new plug-ins and install them after user-made restart. I really hate the dialog at the start, but I also want up-to-date plug-ins.
The auto-restart with no active downloads is also a good idea.
