can't create startup shortcut

can't create startup shortcut

I have been trying to create a shortcut to start with windows.
check the attached file to see what happens when I click "Start Up" button.

Thought I could create a shortcut for it, it always start maximized.

Modifying the Start Menu (where the Startup folder is located) might require Admin permissions in Vista and 7. You could try starting FRD in admin mode (right-click the EXE > "Run as administrator") and then creating the shortcut.

Also note that the Startup shortcut will, by default, start FRD in minimized mode. Right-click the resulting shortcut > Properties > remove "-m" from the path.
