Can't view my files

Hi everyone, I've downloaded all of the things recommended and I still get the kernel needed message. I have preos listed in the list on my calc accessed by the 2nd-var-link button. I don't know what I've done wrong, but obviously something. Please help, RKapps

can you provide more information? Installed PreOS version, your calculator type and AMS version?

Sorry I'm not the most technically inclined. The preos version is 1.0.4 and my calculator is the ti 89 titanium and I don't know what AMS is.
