Cannot Un-Select from download list

I just installed new version (0.9) and for some odd reason once files in the download list are selected, I can no longer un-select them. Even by using the menu options to select all or un-select all (Ctrl-A & Shift-Ctrl-A). This is kinda annoying because I can't pause or delete individual entries. Is there a fix for this?

Also I am unable to use the previous version (which worked perfectly) because it keeps telling me to download the new version, send me to the download page and quits FRD - this is also frustrating. It would be nice to be allowed to use ANY version we choose (in case the current version fails to work properly for us).


Also: When trying to go to http://bugtracker.wordrider.net/ to report this as a possible bug, I get a Forbidden message and can't go there.

I cannot reproduce this, it works fine for me. Could you attach the log file? (Help > Browse to log file)

As for why we don't support old versions, it's because of the plugins. The plugin API changes between versions and we have no interest in maintaining plugins for old versions separately. It's much better to just force everyone to the new version instead of let them complain about plugins not working. We also ran a 2-month beta test before releasing 0.9 and fixed every issue reported to us.

Problem solved! - I don't know how or why the problem vanished but i'm glad it did.
