FRD does not work with Clipboard for me

I use FRD for some time on My Vista64 Home Premium SP2, browser latest release of FF or now Palemoon.

I have long term problems ( even for FRD latest release ) with not working clipboard with FRD.

Copy from Browser ( CTRL C or context menu or Browser menu)
+ paste ( CTRV V / context menu / Paste button) does not work.

Copy pastefrom browser to plain text editor (Notetab light) does work.

Copy paste of this plain text URL from editor to FRD does work either.
I have to type it or load from the file.

FRD works with copy paste internally, withing its URL input dialog.

Java versions, if matters ( I use junctions )

Have you checked menu Options-> Enable clipboard monitoring?

In past it worked for me time by time, but I was not able to discover the patters.

I was today trying ulozto.cz My findings are....

Monitoring works, but every change in Monitoring state requires FRD restart.
Edit: But not always working...
Possible interference with NoScript feature to block rich paste from untrusted sites ?
But it applies to copying from text editor either...

Pasting during ON monitoring does not work

During investigation I have realized both ulozto.cz and uloz.to plugins had OFF monitoring
( probably from previous investigation attempts ).
But Setting this monitoring for them ON does not affect the behaviour above.

Maybe the problem is in search results at uloz.to. There are links without "href" parameter. Address in decrypted when user clicks on it. I wrote small bookmarklet, which decrypts all links and after this you can copy one (or more) link and clipboard monitoring works well.
There is only czech comment, but bookmarklet is the link on the red background.

I am afraid it would not explain inability of URL copy paste from plain text editor,
nor issue dependence on active clipboard monitoring.

Then check what's in app.log file.
You can enable debug mode in the file startup.properties.
