Transfer configurations and DL List to another user in XP

Is it possible? Since the DL list is so hidden and I've lost hope do to it...

Select links, press ctrl+c, paste them to your friends .

No. By default the configuration files are linked with active user.
You can use --portable switch to save configuration files in FRD directory.
