Report on GUI and data folder

Dear developer

i wish you can make this downloader little bit more good but it is ok not good.
and can you make the plugins and data setting etc in temp folder in documents and setting to the main downloader folder where the exe file is running because it is a portable one so no need to configure this in temp folder.

Portable mode is already supported. You can enable it with the --portable switch (uncomment the line that says "­#--portable" in startup.properties by removing the '#' character).
