Window Move

Hi,
I can't seem to be able to move FRD window: I can only resize it at the bottom right but either there's no bar on top of the menu(File, Downloads,Options,View,Help) or either the bar has been shifted off the accessible screen. The reason is I have 2 screens but I would like to move FRD to my second screen but I can't move or resize somehow to move it to the second screen.
I tried to exit FRD and come back, turn off Computer but still the same problem when I return to FRD.
I attached with this message my screen to show you the problem.

Try to use another look and feel and make sure that Options->Preferences -> UI settings -> Use decorated frames is unchecked

It worked, I disabled the decorated frames and everything was back normal.
