ERROR - Read Timed Out

I am getting this error message over and over again for the last two days. From 3 different sites. Help?!

It sounds like a connection problem. Can you download from the same sites with your browser?

I just tried and no, I can't. The download starts and then stops, both on the website and in FreeRapid.
