FreeRapid won't download faster than 4kb a second all of a sudden!

I didn't change any settings recently but no site will download faster than 4kb a second now. Have no clue why it suddenly started doing this. I use other downloaders as well (like Orbit Downloader) and those are not having the same issue, so I know it is not my internet. Any ideas? Included are screenshots of my current settings. They may not be default settings as I did change them after I downloaded it a long time ago but have not changed anything recently.

^ In pic 2, the minimum value is set to 5 kbps
Check the status bar.. you might have enabled the 'tap' icon for global speed limit.
