I can't download anything after 5 years of no problems

Hi Vity,

I came home from my holiday and it no longer works. I deleted it and installed it again and nothing works. All of a sudden I am downloading and unknown file which for years were known by FRD. Please help me.

Thank you Vity, it is working today although a little slow. My connection is 100 mbps.. Thank you for fixing the problem.

More Information about the BBC:

The attached screen capture shows "GETTING", but that is all. The process just sits at the point.
