Request: notify on reciept of file

If I'm switching back and forth from freerapid and other downloads, it would be nice if we could hear a sound when EACH file completes. In the case of rapidshare, etc., we could better use the 15 min wait for other means.

Just an option, of course...

Yeah, I plan it to include in 0.84.
Blind people need to hear it too.
