get an error! & how to fix it?

Exit FR...then started it again
i saw this error

an error occurred while starting the application

the window title is launch4j

Then i pressed OK buttom...but FR didn't show its UI [AGAIN AND AGAIN...ANG AGAIN]
There is not any process about FR in the Taskmanager

HELP

Try to run it this way from command line:

java -jar frd.jar
