Browsers blocked after with FRD

After installing FRD on my computer (runs XP) I can't load any webpage on my browsers, both IExporer and Chrome. While Skype is still conected and works fine so does the FRD.
Please advise.

Not related to FRD in any way.

FRD is a Java application, and does not integrate into the OS in absolutely any way.

Do you have an idea what could it be?

Have you checked your firewall settings if they have somehow changed?
